Civilised drinks for uncivilised conversations.
Wines are where we pretend to be respectable.
While certain staff members insist it’s “just fruit that was left in the corner too long,” we maintain that a proper bottle can elevate a meal, a mood, or a questionable conversation.
Our shelves carry only what survived our scrutiny (and the journey here). Browse our selective collection and find something that makes you feel slightly more refined than the rest of the room.

Dellrow Red
Reliable. Humble. Knows more than it lets on.
A deep, earthy red from vines grown near Kashten Dell. Notes of blackberry and damp soil, with a whisper of something herbal that may or may not have grown there on purpose. Strong enough to warm, gentle enough to linger.

“Two glasses of this is how the Goose Incident started. I warned you.” – Carrie the Fairy
Briar Blush
Respectable. Rural. Dangerous in quantity.
A berry-based rosé from the orchards just beyond Brightbriar. Slightly sweet, slightly tart, and crisp as a sunny spring morning after the rain.
Light enough to feel harmless.
Strong enough to prove otherwise.
Pairs well with fresh gossip and a cheeseboard.

“We bought two bottles for the table. That was a mistake.”
— Anonymous (but we know who)

‘Varis Vintage
Elegant. Controlled. Slightly smug.
It knows what it costs.
From the sunlit estates outside Kael’Gelden’Varis.
Grown in orderly rows under watchful eyes and better funding than most villages see in a year.
Bright citrus and white stonefruit at first taste, followed by a dry mineral finish that feels deliberate.
This wine travels in wagons guarded more carefully than some trade caravans.
Don’t ask how we got it.
2 silver per glass
9 silver per bottle
“I paid triple this in the Celestial Quarter and they serve it in a smaller glass.”
— Anonymous, definitely not from the Royal Palace
