I’ve done my best to record the truth, or at least the version of it that didn’t run screaming when I reached for my quill. But memory is tricky, parchment smudges, and sometimes names are spelled five different ways for no good reason.
If you’ve spotted a mistake, have a suggestion, or want something clarified, then of course I’d be impressed to hear from you — it means it’s clearly important to you. The High Readers have insisted that I get things as accurate as possible.
I find letters far more effective than Message or Sending spells — they don’t wake me at ungodly hours for one, and I’ve already got enough voices in my head as it is. I’m far less likely to ignore written correspondence.
